What data we collect and why
Contact form (name, email, message): used solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request. Retained for 24 months from the date of collection, then automatically deleted.
Newsletter (email address): used to send Stillume news, new artworks and occasional offers or discount codes. Legal basis: your explicit consent, given via the unticked checkbox at subscription. Retained until you withdraw consent. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also withdraw by writing to info@stillumewallarts.com. After withdrawal, your address is no longer used for the newsletter and is deleted, unless applicable legal obligations require otherwise. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Analytics: only if you accept via the cookie banner, PostHog analytics (provided through the Emergent platform) collects page views, clicks, usage metrics and session recordings, and Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) collects usage statistics and site performance data. Both load exclusively after your explicit consent; only after consent may they set analytics cookies or identifiers. If you refuse, no analytics data is collected. You can withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie Preferences.

Some processors (Emergent/PostHog, Google LLC, Cloudflare, Resend) may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
